A Note From the Founder


Hey there,

my name is Drew Simpson and I am a pastor turned advertiser, turned business reputation advocate. 

Two years ago I set out to stabilize my friend's service businesses through consistent lead generation. What I found out  was that they would be burning money by paying for ANY ads because their online business reputation—Mostly reviews on Google—weren't the best... I'll say it this way: Their online reputations were complete garbage.

So why does this matter?

When a business pay for ads, leads, or SEO and their online reputation is bad, it only harms their business. A business that has a a nonexistent or negative reputation online but is running ads just looks shady and damages its own reputation further.

With this in mind, I made the decision to keep my soul and pivot to reputation management. While we initially provided a review service for our clients, we quickly discovered that we could provide the same quality outcome—Honestly sometimes even better—at 1/100 the cost to our clients, and still make it profitable for us. Over 2020, we developed some amazing partnerships to provide discount access to the absolute best review software in the world--Our system is used and loved by over 15,000 companies! 

Business takes a problem someone has, and solves that problem at a profit. When I set out to begin helping business owners I wanted to maximize my investment and multiply their impact. If your business does great work, it should have a great reputation. Unfortunetely, those that do great work often have poor reputations online. We want to magnify your capacity to solve people's problems in your community. It might be a simple task to take on, but it is a shockingly difficult one to carry out.

Why does my business need reviews?

I hope you already understand why this matters, so I'll give you 8 of the 74 reasons you should care about reviews. :P

  1. Your business ranks higher in search results. This even ranks you about SEO.
  2. Rank higher on Google Maps.
  3. Win more traffic. Google prioritizes those who play by their rules, and reviews matter ALOT to Google.
  4. Be seen as the top rated provider by having more total reviews, a higher average, and more recent reviews.
  5. Get recommended to your best customers' entire network. Like word of mouth, but 1000x more powerful.
  6. 90% of consumers think reviews and referrals are more important than any info provided by a salesperson. 
  7. 9 out of 10 people look up reviews specifically before making a purchase--even if it's small. And I bet whatever service you provide, is not a small purchase.

Why should I pay for review software if reviews are free?

Sleeping on the ground is free but I bet you bought a bed. Working out is free but I bet you've paid for workout equipment or even personal training before.

Asking for reviews is free, and honestly very simple. With your system, have you found great success at getting frequent reviews from your customers? There are those who are naturally have perfect teeth, great humor and are flawless at getting tons of reviews for their business online. For the rest of us there is Five Star. :D

What if I get reviews during my trial and decide not to continue. Do I keep those?

All yours. Reviews are free and all belong to you forever. Try us out and if you don't like us, you keep all the results you got during your trial.

Will I be billed today?

Nope. We don't even having your billing info on file, so...


How does FSF make money?

We make a small margin on the software we give you access to. We purchase access in bulk, and are then able to turn around and sell access for a discounted rate to you.

We orginally set out to build our own software and provide this as a service, but we found a few companies--namely one called Nice Job--that had a solid business plan, ethical practices(not always true in the advertising space unfortunetely), insane support, and the absolute best software for managing reviews. Anything we put together wouldn't have been as good as Nice Job, which meant we couldn't sell with conviction. So, we made the decision to make a longer-term pivot and provide direct software access via Nice Job. 

All said and done, we make a single digit % profit on our software access. Thanks for supporting us, gettin that rep and for sharing us with your friends. :)

Can I filter our negatives reviews?

This is called review filtering... Also known a review blocking.

This was a very common practice 10 years ago along with purchasing positive reviews. We do not support this.

Our conclusion from extensive tests done in 2017 and 2018 is that review filtering is not needed. The idea is to only let positive reviews get published, and then to have negative reviews go to you directly to try and fix. This is against TOS of Google and all other online sites and we don't suggest it. 

Where are these reviews coming from?

All reviews are gathering from clients you have served recently--hopefully from clients you have completed work for within the last 48 hours.

How many reviews should I expect?

With outh systems we see anywhere from 10%-50% conversion rate from job completion to review published. Factors that play into this depend on your adherence to best practices, the cost and length of the job, the industry your in, and more. 

A companying serving 100 people a year could expect 10-50 reviews annually, whereis a company serving 500 a year could expect 50-250 reviews a year.

For companies that had a good review management system in place before onboarding with our platform, they were typically in that upper range to start off with given their experience and working systems. For those who have close to 0 reviews or no existing system, they saw on the lower end of that percentage. :)

Isn't paying for reviews against Google and Facebook's terms of use?

Yes. Very much so.

Paying a company to post fake reviews(a review claiming to be a client that never actually was served by your business) or providing a incentive for actual clients to leave you a reviews(gift card, discount, etc...) is against everyone's TOS.

We do not do this. The reviews you receive are free and those reviewing you have received nothing. What you are paying for is the software, the research, plug and play state-of-the-art system to requesting and guiding your clients towards leaving you reviews. 

Is price negotiable?

Typically no, but for special situations we may be able to provide a very small discount. Situations that make qualify you:

  1. Startups
  2. Impacted by covid
  3. Non-Profit work
  4. Your nice and funny

Also, if you would be better served by another company, or even by a manual system, we will be the first to let you know!

When should I stop paying for a review service or software?

We are bias here so we will just get that out of the way: You should never stop paying us. 🤣 

Real answer is that it really depends on how your business and it's online reputation have changed since you started with us. If you're volume has dropped significantly, we would recommend taking a break("It's not you... it's me!"). 

You should always have new reviews coming in, but you may be best served by implementing a manual system

Do you provide a review management service for companies that want it?

Typically no, but for specific situations we can.

This used to be our primary offering, but with tech is just so much easier to utilitze we rather do that!

Do you provide a referral program?

We do not. We would love to, but we already provide our own discount that makes it quite tough to provide any meaningful amount. :)
